The setup fee covers restaurant-specific menu review, deterministic price configuration, menu and pronunciation aliases, AI voice-agent configuration, phone-number setup, kitchen notification routing, test calls and go-live preparation. Launch setup fee: C$149 one time. It is a one-time setup and configuration fee, not a deposit, and it is not credited toward your monthly service.

Your subscription trial begins when you complete the go-live subscription checkout, after your setup has been reviewed — not when you pay the one-time setup and configuration fee. Starter and Pro include a 14-day trial. Flex ends at 14 days or 1,500 connected seconds (25 connected minutes), whichever comes first, and the call that crosses that boundary is still free. Enterprise is arranged individually.

Connected voice minutes measure the time your VoxAI agent is actually connected to a caller. Usage is measured to the second, so a 90-second call uses 1.5 minutes — not 2.

Additional connected voice minutes are charged at the rate shown on your plan — C$0.39 on Starter and C$0.29 on Pro. Flex has no monthly inclusion after the trial and is charged at C$0.49 per connected voice minute. Enterprise usage allowances and volume pricing are agreed during onboarding.

Flex. It carries the same pickup order taking, Live Orders kitchen screen, kitchen email alerts, customer order receipt SMS, one local number, out-of-stock controls and email support, with no monthly plan fee — you pay for the connected voice minutes you use. Delivery-zone checking, multi-location support, custom integrations, white label, a dedicated account manager and priority support are on the higher tiers.

Yes — there is no long-term contract. Send a cancellation request from Dashboard → Account, or email [email protected], and we confirm it by email. If a subscription is already running it stays active until the end of its current billing period.

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, with no currency conversion — and every order total is calculated with 13% Ontario HST.

Yes. Plan changes are handled by us rather than self-serve while billing is being updated: email [email protected] and we will move you across and confirm when it takes effect.
