Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. If you cancel during the trial period, the onboarding deposit is non-refundable as setup work has already been done. Unused monthly deposit credits are forfeited on cancellation.

What counts as a "call"?

A call is any inbound phone call answered by your VoxAI agent, regardless of whether it results in an order. Outbound calls and missed calls that go to voicemail are not counted. Call limits are soft limits — we'll reach out before suspending service if you regularly exceed your plan.

Is this in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include HST where applicable. Your Stripe billing statement will reflect CAD charges.
