Pizza Europa is one of VoxAI's founding pilot restaurants. We worked directly with the owner to configure the full menu, pricing, HST calculations, and kitchen alert workflow.

What we set up
Full pizza menu with sizes, crusts, toppings, and modifiers
Side items, drinks, and combo pricing
Ontario HST calculated per item and confirmed verbally
Kitchen SMS sent the moment each call ends
Live orders dashboard for kitchen staff
Out-of-stock toggle for day-to-day menu management

The metrics we track with every pilot

We care about outcomes, not vanity metrics. Here's what we actually track with every pilot restaurant to measure whether VoxAI is working:

Percentage of inbound calls answered before the caller hangs up.

Percentage of answered calls that result in a confirmed order.

Whether the confirmed total matches the actual pickup price. Target: 100%.

Time between call end and SMS delivery to the kitchen.

Average order value for VoxAI-handled calls vs. historical baseline.

Monthly check-in with the restaurant owner on overall experience.
